Hi, I'm Melanie

With over two decades of rich and diverse experiences, I’ve walked the walk in corporate corridors. While exploring entrepreneurial ventures with all the start-up stresses + successes that come along with it. And finally the freedom of freelance fractional services + consulting.

Which brings us to the here and now. Living in Edinburgh. Integrating a lifetime of experience and knowledge into my role as the Fractional Director of Operations for a global non-profit based out of Switzerland. An opportunity to lead an international + intercultural team, remotely + the occasional in-person, while resurrecting my German language skills from childhood. All of which have inspired + motivated me to do more.  

Opening my books this year is not just about taking on more work but about expanding the impact we can make. Together.

My unconventional life + career path have shaped me into who I am today—resilient, passionate, and committed to helping others find their own unique paths.
