I’ve tended to follow conviction more than convention, particularly when navigating complex or evolving environments—in both work +  life.

Over the past two decades, I’ve moved across corporate settings, entrepreneurial ventures, and global nonprofits, often stepping in (and up)  during periods of growth, transition, or operational strain. These experiences have sharpened my ability to see how systems, people, and processes interact—and where misalignment quietly erodes effectiveness.

While my roles and responsibilities have shifted over the years, how I show up has evolved with intention. My focus now sits on creating coherence through systems-minded, heart-centered ways of working that respect both people and purpose: valuing clarity over noise, integrity over urgency, and work that supports longevity—for both people and organisations.
